What's New

Brian Orser, former World Champion and two-time Olympic medallist, dropped by CTSC this fall for a practice session. Brian was in
Toronto preparing for his performance in Kurt Browning's TV special: 'Gotta Skate', which airs on CTV Dec. 1st 2002.

After training, Brian chatted to our junior skaters for a while and showed the kids a few 'tricks', including his famed back-flip. Both parents and skaters alike were delighted to see Brian up close and were thrilled Brian took some time for our skaters.

Before he left, Brian volunteered his time helping with the CanSkate skaters. One lucky first time skater took his first steps on the ice with Brian. Hopefully some of Brian's talent rubbed off on the little guy!

Thanks Brian! We look forward to your next visit!
